Welcome to Boys on my Bookself, a blog by Jenn.
This blog started out of the desire to join in on the conversation about young adult books. Even though I have found many wonderful books as a result of reading many blogs already out there, I decided to (try) to carve out a niche for myself. Boys on my Bookshelf was born. The goal is to have a wide variety of reads: funny, adventurous, historical and more, both fiction and non-fiction. Admittedly, I'm still trying to get my bearings and keep up with the goals I've set for myself.
About Me:
I work in youth services at my local library. I'm also in the middle of working on my Master's Degree in Library Science. It's easy to see that I am a busy girl, but I love books and sharing books so twice a week I try to post a little something here.
My free time is few and far between right now, but there are still a few things I try to make time for:
- riding my bike when it's not too chilly
- traveling, usually near, but far is fun and exciting too.
- photography, usually when I'm traveling
- snuggling up with the bf and watching a movie
- and of course reading for fun
